Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Sometimes, delivery may be slower resulting from postal/courier delays for which we will not be responsible. If your parcel is delayed, we can assist you via email, message or over the phone. 

Any dispatch delays, such as out of stock, we will notify you via email.

Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for all Lu and Mol pieces within 90 days of sale in the original packaging. Please include your order number and name, address and email. If your Lu and Mol piece was a gift, we are happy to exchange for another piece that you would prefer.
